On The Road again…
On Thursday, December 11th I’ll be producing one of my first shows, as well as recording my performance for a youtube special! Part rock-show, part-traditional standup!

On Sunday, November 30th I have 2 sketches taking part in the Toronto Sketch Comedy Competition. “Father’s Day” and “What’s The Deal” - the contest will be judged by Tim Blair, Isabel Kanaan, Aurora Browne and other comedy elite.
On Saturday, November 29th I’ll have my short film AFTER YOU that I co-wrote and directed with my wife have it’s Toronto Premiere at The Great Canadian Comedy Film Festival. This film took a long time in the making and I’m extremely proud of the end product.
On Friday, November 28th - I’m so stoked to have a double-bill! 2 of my short films I’ve directed will be screening. EYES WIDE OPEN co-created with Joseph Dubois will be screening at 3pm and AFTER YOU will screen at 7pm! Shoutout to Rebeka and Parth for putting this festival on!
On Saturday, November 15th I had a pleasure performing a full one-liner show at Salto Restaurant. Bram put on a heck of a show!
On Sunday, November 9th we had our film MIXED FEELINGS premiere at the 2025 Reel Asian Film Festival. I had a pleasure Producing this short film alongside an incredible team led by Devin Lee! We’re looking forward to more festival stops in the next 6-12 months!!
On Friday, October 24th Angelica and I drove down to London, Ontario to pitch my project ROADS. It was a wild experience from start to finish, and although I was unsuccessful in receiving the $60,000 award, the entire experience was so valuable to the development of this project.
On Thursday, October 23rd EYES WIDE OPEN made its premiere at the Hamilton Film Festival. Big shoutout to Nathan Fleet and the entire Hamilton community for supporting this project!
October 13-17, Angelica and I went on a cross-Ontario road trip for a location scout for ROADS. Generously supported by Ontario Creates, it was a very beneficial journey to get a great idea for the selections to be used in the film in Sault Ste. Marie.
October 4-6, Angelica and I went on a cross-New York state road trip to attend the 2025 Mystic Film Festival. ROADS was nominated as one of the Best Feature Screenplays. It was an incredible experience in Mystic. We attended writing and acting workshops and even tried some Mystic Pizza!
September 26-28. Producer and Creative Partner Adam Daniel Mezei sent Jade and Angelica to represent PLAY ALONG at Cinema Scares, a horror film festival in Shelbyville, Indiana. We ended up winning Best Feature!
On September 20th, AFTER YOU made it’s world premiere at Cinefest in Sudbury! It was a finalist in the Best in Shorts run by CTV. The film played extremely well and got a lot of great laughs! We were so proud!
On September 17th, I pitched my web-series project TINY PORTALS at the 2025 TO Web Fest. It was a fun pitch where I came out in costume playing the main character of the kooky scientist Dr. Kip Flame. It was a great experience being mentored and helped my skillset in pitching!
On September 5th, I was very proud to attend the Toronto International Film Festival for the World Premiere of STILL SINGLE. A documentary produced by Rhombus Media that I had the pleasure of being the Post Production Supervisor on. Working with that team led by Jamal Burger was an unforgettable experience.
